Hi I’ve had hik for approx 3yrs during that time it’s went offline a few times and came back online after doing phone updates etc . But this time it’s been off for weeks and no matter what I try I can’t get them back on ! I’m not really tech savy but will give things ago but this has got me a headache I’m persistent and this has me beaten now I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled ect ect . When I scan code on the back of the machine it’s taking me to either Google’s shopping list of the product or showing me a list of items to choose from in the app then nothing help pls Ty

Hi sorry just seen this reply now.
I am using iphone.
And yes I have now changed router but I had this problem before I changed it .
The model number is in pic.
I also bought new tp power link plugs as I found out one was faulty it’s not directly wired into router. The other plug is in the socket with the hub hope that makes sense.
