Hik-Connect Problem with 2-way audio with Accusense & DS-2CD2386G2-IU

Hello friends,

I'm having a problem with my DS-7608NXI-I2 / 8P/S (FW: V4.40.415 build 201112) and 4 camera setup DS-2CD2386G2-IU (FW: V5.5.800 build 210628) not being able to utilize the 2-way audio feature on my Hik-Connect App.

1. I am able to review the recorded footage and can confirm that the microphone working
2. The Two-Way Audio icon is showing up on the phone, but the audio is not coming out from the camera.
3. I've enabled the Video&Audio in the video settings on each camera
4. I've selected the G.711ulaw Audio Encoding with MicIn as the Audio Input.

Any suggestions? I've spent countless hours on this without any success!

Is DS-2CD2386G2-IU the whole part number of your cameras? If it is, then I'm afraid that these do not have are not two-way audio ready as they do not have a speaker built-in, only a microphone - only the Live Guard models come with a built-in speaker.
